• Buyers must adhere to our quantities for order acceptance and processing, unless special orders are identified that deviate from requirements. Please note quantities and requirements as they differ from product to product. Deviations in quantities and prices, and acceptance of such are under the control of Kemango USA, Inc.
• Prices, quantities and minimum purchases are subject to change without notice. Customers will be contacted and requested their aproval if any changes occured after their order was taken.
• If we have your ordered articles on stock the order will go out in 2-10 days. For all those articles not in stock, it will take 6-8 weeks to send the order. If the order will have a backorder, we will send you an e-mail for you to aprove of sending now what we have and the rest in backorder, or you rather wait for the complete order to be shipped.
• All sales require the use of a credit card by the customer. No order will be shipped until the credit card transaction is validated and accepted by the credit card issuing bank.
• Any returns should first be approved by Kemango USA. There are NO returns after 90 days from the date of shipping.
• Kemango USA, Inc. will acknowledge all orders per Federal Mail Order requirements.
